Scheduling
We block route days by property and notify tenants 5 and 1 day out. Most communities are cleared in a single mobilization with two to three technicians.
Reporting
Each unit gets a record with technician name, date, before/after photos, airflow reading, and any flagged repairs - delivered in a single PDF and CSV.
Contracts
Annual contracts get priority routing and locked-in pricing. We also handle one-off cleanings, turnovers, and post-fire inspections.

Do you bill the property or the tenant?+
Either. Most property managers bill the building and pass-through where appropriate. We can also bill tenants directly during turnovers.
Can you handle a 200-unit property?+
Yes. Our largest scheduled route is 340 units cleaned over five days with three crews. Reporting is delivered the morning after each route day.
